Q. How do I paste pages from one Publisher file to another or combine two Publisher files?
A. The method that you choose depends on your process and purpose.
If you have two Publisher files that you will want to modify after they’re merged into a single document,
- Open the original document.
- For each page that you want to copy, use the Select All tool or Ctrl-A to select everything on the page, then right click and select copy.
- In the other document, insert a blank page.
- Use Paste Special to paste a Publisher Object. This will copy everything exactly as it appears in the original document.
If you have two finished documents that you want to combine,
- Save each document as a pdf.
- Add a pdf merging app to Google Chrome, such as Mergepdf from Smallpdf.com.
- Follow the prompts to upload and merge your documents into a single pdf file that’s ready to share.
