Q. Where should patrons go for help?
A. Library staff can provide patrons with this list of technical support links.
Q. How does a patron reset his LinkedIn Learning password?
A. Patrons now use their library card number and PIN to access LinkedIn Learning, formerly Lynda.com.
Q. Does WLS LearningExpress access include the Computer Skills Center?
A. Computer Skills Center tutorials are included in the add-in named Popular Software Skills Center. Here is the EBSCO title list.
Q. What hours are Tutor.com live tutors available?
A. Tutor.com live tutors are available for 1-to-1 sessions 7 days a week, 9am – 9pm EST.
Q. Is ABCMouse no longer available?
A. WLS ended its use of ABCMouse at the end of 2020.
Q. When did Learning Express Library access end?
A. Access ended on December 31, 2021. Try Tutor.com, Firstfind.org, or subject searches in other digital resources for similar content.
