WLS Vinyl Cutter
The LEADER Lab vinyl cutter produces lettering and graphics for functional and decorative signage. 
Library staff may use the cutter by appointment after completing a certification workshop.
- Appointments should be scheduled at least 3 days in advance through the helpdesk.
- Libraries will be billed after the work is complete, based on materials used
- Libraries can
- use WLS removable indoor vinyl or heat transfer vinyl for $4.00/linear foot
- bring their own supplies, vinyl through Amazon in a variety of colors
- Rolls can be purchased singly or in bundles
- Sheets come in many options: permanent/removable, matt/glossy, indoor/outdoor
- Window cling vinyl has no adhesive
- Transfer Paper Tape
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) for iron-on transfers for t-shirts, etc.

WLS staff will cut vinyl signage, decals, or iron-on transfers for libraries.
- Submit requests via the helpdesk (pricing information below). You will be contacted with a cost estimate, turnaround time, and answers to any questions you may have.
- Libraries will be billed after the work is complete, based on materials used for finished work
- Completed work will be shipped to the library through the delivery
- Text and graphics will be laid out to maximize the width of the vinyl. Content that doesn’t fit across the width of the roll will be cut along the length, with corresponding charges assessed.
- If you need a specific layout, such as for graphics in particular placement or multiple lines of text, please send a document that illustrates the layout

- Submit what you want it to say, standard font name, font size, vinyl color, and number of copies if applicable

- Submit black and white image file, height and width needed, vinyl color, and number of copies if applicable
- Files must have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi
