Delivery Procedures and Packaging Standards

  • Each item must have a transit slip which includes the 3 letter code for the destination library
  • Do NOT include patron personal information on the transit slip (ex: phone number, barcode number, etc.)
  • NO TAPE is to be used
  • Secure AV items with rubber bands and place together in separate bin
