Who can be an Aspen Administrator?

To sign up to be your library’s Aspen Adminstrator, have your Director, Supervisor, or your library’s existing Aspen Adminstrator(s) submit a help desk ticket. An Admin profile will be set up for you, and with some training – you’ll be ready to go!

What does an Aspen Administrator do?

  • Customize your catalog to match your library’s branding.​
  • Create Browse Categories.​
  • Add Menu links.​
  • Update Library Hours.​
  • Add Holiday Closures.​
  • View Dashboards.​​
  • Embed Collection Spotlights​ into your website.​
  • Create Placards to promote events and services!​​
  • Use System Messages to communicate with patrons.​
  • Or don’t! It’s up to you!
