There are six files listed for each month:

  • Monthly Circulation – YYYYMM_circulation.xlsx – Counts circulation transactions – checkouts and renewals – per checkout/renewal library, with totals itemized by item “Monthly Report” statistical category value.
  • Monthly Intraloans Supplied – YYYYMM_intraloans-supplied.xlsx – Counts hold transits/items per owning (supplying) library, where the destination (receiving) library is not the same as the item owning library. Counts include all hold transits, regardless of sending library, and whether the hold item was checked out or not.
  • Monthly Intraloans Received – YYYYMM_intraloans-received.xlsx – Counts the hold transits/items per destination (receiving) library, where the destination library is not the same as the item owning library. Counts include all hold transits, regardless of sending library, and whether the hold item was checked out or not.
  • Monthly Patrons Added – YYYYMM_patronadd.xlsx – Counts new patron records created per patron home library, with totals itemized by profile, patron statistical category, and statistical category entry.
  • Monthly Items Added -YYYYMM_itemadd.xlsx – Counts new item records added per item owning library, with total itemized by item “Monthly Report” statistical category value.
  • Monthly Items Deleted -YYYYMM_itemdelete.xlsx – Counts item records deleted per item owning library, with total itemized by item “Monthly Report” statistical category value.
